Farmstay is a sharing on country life, owner who run farmstay mostly a farmer or run a farm as well, to prepare and provide environment of country life as attraction of farmstay. Malaysia was country with ideal weather for agriculture industry, hence, i believe that should be a good factor to encourage farmstay activities....
Farmstay not used to be primary income for a farm, thus, a lot of farmers don't want to invest due to various challenges in getting return, those challenges could be "how to do that?", "what i have as attaction?", "what i can share?", "how people know?"
Few reason i wish to explore farmstay, besides experiencing, i wish to create a space to promote, share and inspire this industry in Malaysia.
If you see this, i would like to take this opportunity calling for farmstay onwer in Malaysia, let's work out something from here....

Hi Tay, I ran into your article while searching for other farmstays in Malaysia. Not sure if you are still following the topic, maybe you would be interested to know there is a permaculture farmstay in Perak close to town of Lenggong.
